Labcorp are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, India. This role will be office based, with some hybrid working available.


Supporting the India Biopharma Laboratory Services and Corporate functions, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various areas across the business, inclusive of lab and professional roles, whilst also using strategic sourcing techniques to pipeline for future vacancies.


As a Recruiter at Labcorp you will:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods for up to 40 requisitions at any given time


  • Develop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness


  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner and communicate with them. As part of this, you will advise on labour market information and trends to aid pipelines, and ultimately attract the best talent on the market.


  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other technology in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner


  • Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis


What we need from you:


  • 5-7 years experience working as a Recruiter/Talent Advisor/Talent Acquisition Partner


  • Experience filling high-volume, hourly roles, either within an internal function or agency


  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred


  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)


  • Strong communication and relationship building skills


  • High level of attention to detail and well organized


  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis
