• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job fairs, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruiting metrics and activities.
