RCMG Business Analyst Senior Associate

Job Summary:

• A RCMG Business Analyst is responsible for analytics and offers opportunities to contribute thought leadership 
• The job involves displaying strong problem solving and reasoning skills as the business problems, may sometime not be clear without the right knowledge and probing. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Success in this role will require technical skills, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.   
• You will use your advanced SQL and Alteryx Analytical tools and project management expertise to deliver insights/reporting on exciting service features and capabilities.
• A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated senior analyst with strong execution skills and demonstrated experience managing a diverse suite of analyses. 
• In addition, this role requires critical thinking, analytical storytelling, presentation, technical abilities, and flexibility/ adaptability to change.
• This role represents a core analytics responsibility and offers opportunities to contribute thought leadership with exposure to senior leadership. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field required.
• Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (Tableau, Alteryx, Teradata, SQL, R, Python)
• Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods
• Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile methodology.
• Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with great presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive, ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-driven and fast-paced environment
