Key Responsibilities:- Manage RCC dam construction, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee RCC mix design, placement, curing, and material selection.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
Requirements:- B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in dam construction (RCC preferred).
- Expertise in RCC construction techniques, quality control, and project management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
