Work location : Hyderabad, work from office with occasional WAH flexibility.
12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project Management and Service Delivery management related to Infrastructure/cloud
Good understanding and preferably historical working experience on one or more of infrastructure technologies such as server, network, storage, or any database technology.
Familiar, and preferably certified, on any public cloud technology and possessing upstream/downstream integrations knowledge.
Extensive experience in service delivery management for transition, transformation & support projects
Understanding & experience in various delivery models such as Managed Services, Time & Material, etc.
Certified on project management (PMP, etc.) and service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
Additional Qualifiers
Experience in project managing infrastructure and cloud workload migration projects.
Familiar with monitoring, ITSM Ticketing, Incident/Request/Change/Problem management processes and corresponding tools/SW
Experience is managing effort, schedule, and cost management of projects.
Experience in project management methodologies(GANTT, CPM, etc.) & expertise in tools/SW (Visio, Planner, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Familiar with modern project management methodologies such as agile and agile scrum.
Familiar with QA / service excellence aspects of project delivery and related methodologies (such as Service Improvements, Problem Management Methodologies, Optimization methodologies VSM, LEAN, etc.)
Familiar with regulatory & compliance standards, security standards, maturity assessment programs, and audit procedures
Extensive experience risk management – identification, tracking, mitigation, and reporting of risks
Excellent communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management, both internal & customer.
