Position Summary
The Compliance and Quality Head is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing controls for key processes such as P2P, O2C,FP&A and R2R. The Compliance and Quality Head will also be responsible for training resources, monitoring compliance and quality metrics, and preparing the organization for local and external audits
This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of compliance and quality management principles
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement controls for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Ensure all controls are effectively in place and functioning as intended.
Implement and monitor SOX controls to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Train resources on compliance and quality standards, processes, and controls.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
Monitor and analyze defects in processes and products.
Share scorecards on defects with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare the FinOps for local and external audits by ensuring all compliance and quality controls are in place.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation and evidence.
Ensure SOX compliance documentation is up-to-date and readily available for audits.
Continuously monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Update and revise compliance programs as needed to address new risks and regulatory changes.
Oversee the implementation of quality management systems.
Ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Generate and present regular reports on compliance and quality metrics to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Identify potential compliance and quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
