Your Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background & proven experience in designing and developing .Net software applications. The candidate needs to have strong experience in front end and backend development with deep understanding of .Net technologies. The candidate needs to be self-driven, have R&D mindset to formulate new ideas, for solving issues and good in documentation too. Ensure quality and timely deliverables, collaborating and coordinating with all concerned teams and organizations, both internal and external, as per the projects and products plans. Some of the key responsibilities include, but not limited to Develop and maintain software applications using .NET technologies. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in the software application. Help maintain code quality and to deliver the product with good predictability and reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Process : Follow agile framework, throughout the development phases, in full. Collaborate : Collaborate with teams globally, for development and with customers, both Internal & external, professionally. Support : Support & work together with the team, for the developments & future support. Your Background: Graduate or Master's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics) More than 7 years of proven experience in full stack development in .Net technologies Must Have: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on .NET technologies. Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Very good understanding & working with Agile / scrum process. (SAFe is an added advantage). Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. Good to have, as an added advantage: Working knowledge in scripting languages like Python, shell etc. Working knowledge / exposure to database – SQL or others. Experience working with Virtual Machines (VMs), Working experience in IT systems / infrastructure for the project hosting & handling, cloud is a huge advantage
