Job Description

  1. Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
    • Negotiate favorable terms for campaigns, visibility, and promotions.
  2. Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across quick commerce platforms.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities and execute plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  3. Marketing Spend Optimization
    • Analyze marketing spend efficiency and ROI on campaigns across platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact campaigns and improve visibility.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Track and analyze performance metrics, category trends, and consumer behavior on platforms.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and inventory management.
    • Stay updated with platform-specific guidelines, policies, and requirements.
       
  6. Operations Management
    • Oversee the entire quick commerce operations, including order management, inventory control, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in quick commerce or e-commerce with a strong understanding of Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize marketing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Existing relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart teams.
  • Experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer-focused startups.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, or business management is a plus.
