Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct detailed cost estimates, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and ensure accuracy in pricing.
- Perform bid comparisons and evaluate tenders to assess suitability, value, and compliance.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, commercial risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for pre-contract meetings and approvals
- Review and audit RFA submissions to ensure compliance with project and contract requirements.
- Analyse cost submissions, payment applications, and budget forecasts for accuracy and adherence to agreed contract terms.
- Maintain detailed records of contract documentation and support regular auditing and reporting requirements.
- Identify areas of risk or potential cost savings and provide recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all RFA-related activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (Civil, Structural preferably) / Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
Minimum Experience:
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience either as part of the Contractor, Cost Consultants, Developer
