Job Description

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level. 


As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Data and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in the Connected Commerce Analytics team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to set quantifiable goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Your responsibilities will include sales forecasting, budget management, and providing campaign lift reports and performance insights to drive and scale offers by building direct relationships with merchants.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and D&A teams to define objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts to facilitate effective sales team and merchant interactions.
  • Provide operational forecasts to support precise budget management.
  • Create merchant-facing lift reports and pre/post-campaign performance insights.
  • Transform data into actionable insights using data visualization tools.
  • Measure business performance and present findings to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience with proven leadership and team management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau; experience with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SQL DB, and Snowflake.
  • Skilled at converting complex dashboards and concepts into digestible information for diverse audiences.
  • Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and innovative.
  • Demonstrates initiative and completes projects/tasks independently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective in handling senior stakeholder conversations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Preferred experience in ad tech.
  • Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Support the development of frameworks and processes for scalable data solutions.
  • Document and share knowledge to enhance productivity and learning.
