Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Leverage a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to solve business problems with the objective to optimize banker performance and behavior.
  • Use advanced quantitative techniques on large datasets to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze experimental data to identify anomalies, trends and patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, findings,etc.).
  • Develop visualization/ppt to summarize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute in bringing in innovative ideas and continuously strive to upskill and learn new technologies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information system, or mathematics with 7+ years of hands-on experience in expertise in SQL, Python/R, Alteryx.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining, experimental design techniques.
  • Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets, strong database skills and ability to write, optimize and tune complex SQL scripts. Experience delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines quick turn-around.
  • Strong problem solving mindset and demonstrated experience in delivering business outcomes
  • Have a demonstrated ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, with attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader purpose and business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details, observations and inferences into business language
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-operated and fast-paced environment.
