We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level. 


As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Data and Analytics team. You will work closely with Product Owners to deliver insights in terms of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. You will strive to build consensus with Product Owners on if, where, when, how, and whom to promote customer engagement by defining metrics, sourcing data, developing queries, and creating reports


Job responsibilities


  • Deliver persuasive presentations using data-driven storytelling to inform decision-makers.
  • Perform analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Employ statistical techniques to collect, clean, and prepare data for performance measurement and forecasting.
  • Develop visually engaging dashboards to present key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals through joint problem-solving.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and related languages to create optimized data solutions.
  • Foster open communication and build strong relationships to ensure project success.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.


  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on data analysis experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams of analysts.
  • Expertise in SQL for crafting complex queries and optimizing performance.
  • Proficient in Tableau and Adobe Analytics for developing engaging dashboards.
  • Skilled in creating database tables and automating workflows.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  • Diagnose and resolve data challenges by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop frameworks and processes for efficient, scalable data solutions to complex business problems.
  • Document and organize knowledge to enhance productivity and ensure information accessibility.
