Job Summary:
- As a Quant Analytics Analyst in the Transformation team, you will be a key member of a larger team of Business Analysts, Correction Analysts, and Testing Analysts.
- Your role will involve the correction of customer accounts, performing end-to-end testing of case requirements, and analysis on code against those requirements and execution plans.
- You will confirm correct usage of data sources, standard code, adherence to guidelines and regulations, and follow best practice standards.
- You will also perform validation on cases resulting from difficult, complex, multilayered, data intensive business problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify scenarios based on Correction Case requirements
- Communicate effectively with BA/Developers and PMs on the issues identified
- Display ability to work under deadlines
- Develop test plan, code/Macro validation procedures, job aids, tools and approaches and effective communication of defects
- Perform code to business requirement validation
- Develop test scenarios for each logic and validate macros
- Write queries and run frequencies to validate population and output files
- Ensure correct formatting and logic of all output files
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Requires minimum 2 years of experience in Requirements a SQL or SAS Developer or related role
- Must have ability to understand SQL queries
- Ability to run multiple UNIX scripts simultaneously
- Prefer querying skills in SAS, SQL , Snowflake and PYTHON environment
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good analytical skills coupled with knowledge of banking products and Services
- Detailed and quality oriented
