Job Description

Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented Qualtrics Builder/Programmer to support our customer experience and research initiatives. In this role, you will assist in designing and programming surveys, managing data collection processes, and creating basic reports within the Qualtrics platform. This position is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of Qualtrics and a passion for survey development and data management.



Key Responsibilities:



Survey Design and Programming:



  • Create and configure surveys using the Qualtrics Survey Builder.
  • Apply basic survey logic, such as skip logic, display logic, and piping.
  • Ensure surveys are user-friendly and aligned with project goals.

Data Collection and Management:



  • Set up and manage survey distribution channels, including email invitations and reminders.
  • Monitor survey response rates and troubleshoot distribution issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting during collection.

Reporting and Analysis:



  • Export survey data for analysis.

  • Generate and customize standard Qualtrics reports.
  • Summarize survey results for internal stakeholders.

Platform Support:



  • Perform routine maintenance of survey libraries, templates, and distributions.
  • Assist team members with basic troubleshooting in the Qualtrics platform.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and assist in applying new features.

Qualifications:



Required Skills:



  • Competent/Intermediateproficiency in Qualtrics Survey Builder and related features.
  • Understanding of survey design principles, including question types and layout
  • Confidently execute and navigate projects in the core Qualtrics platform

Preferred Skills:



  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for minor customizations (not required).
  • Basic understanding of survey distribution best practices.

Experience:



  • 1+ years of experience working with Qualtrics or a similar survey platform.
  • Previous experience in customer experience, market research, or data collection is a plus.
