About our Team


Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.


About the Role


You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of best practices, automation, and monitoring to maintain high availability and minimize downtime. Join us in optimizing our infrastructure for seamless operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Work as part of the scrum team in collaboration with Product owners, BAs, Developers, Architects and other involved teams
  • Collaborate with the team where ever needed and making sure that failures are identified as early as possible ensuring that quality products are delivered to our users
  • Create test scenarios from requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Design and Develop effective automation framework as needed
  • Understand application architecture
  • Understand application logic
  • Implement automation for all the test scenarios (functional, non-functional) and any other that can facilitate effective testing
  • Achieve high level of automation coverage for all the products (Web, Services) that are delivered by the team
  • Set-up CI/CD pipelines and run all the tests (unit, functional, integration, security, e2e ui, web performance, Api load)
  • Report the automation test results using latest available tools
  • Continuous maintenance of the automation framework
  • Release management
  • Take responsibility and ownership of all testing deliveries from the team

Requirements:


Overall Work Experience: 3-5 Years


The successful candidate must have the following skills/characteristics:


  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • Graduate or above, in a computer related discipline
  • Quick learner
  • Sound experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and C#
  • Efficient testing approaches with effective attention to detail
  • Experience in working with modern API development and test automation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and work on minimal supervision

A real interest for software development and high-quality code.


Mandatory Skill-Set Requirement:


  • Experience in Automation Testing
  • Experience in C#
  • Experience in any languages - JavaScript/Typescript
  • Experience in creating automation framework from scratch (any language/ build tool)
  • Experience in maintaining the framework, fixing broken tests
  • Experience in setting up CI pipelines in any tools(Jenkins, team city, bamboo, GitHub actions, etc.).

 Good to Have:


  • Automation for Web Performance/API Load testing
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for deployment
  • Understanding of Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams
  • Understanding of Mongo DB, writing queries
