Summary: VES is looking for a Quality Internal Auditor to join our team in our Faridabad India location. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality systems to ensure suppliers meet required VES Quality Standards and specifications through onboarding audits, regular performance evaluations and process improvements. Oversaw QHSE requirements, RCA/CAPA activities, and collaborates with suppliers on reviews and change control measures Follows company safety policies and procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for ensuring that suppliers continue to develop and implement best practice that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and meet VES Quality Standards.
• Responsible for new suppliers onboarding process - Supplier's Audit
• Responsible for regular supplier's audit and improve their manufacturing process.
• Responsible for Supplier's performance evaluation like Rejection Rating, Defect Rating, Audit Score and Quality Rating.
• Responsible for Supplier's PPAP (Part Production Approval Process)
• Ensure to fulfil QHSE Management system requirement from suppliers.
• Verify supplier’s Quality Issues & participate with suppliers for RCA & CAPA activities.
• Conduct and participate in test case reviews, requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities with suppliers

Education & Knowledge:

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Supplier’s Audit and performance evaluation.
•  Knowledge and applications experience with ISO 9001 (International Standard Organization), API Standards and Quality Management Systems. 
• Basic knowledge of audit and audit Reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of the process approach including audit methodology, questioning techniques, roles, and responsibility to collect and analyze evidence.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within oil & gas manufacturing and services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum 5-8 Years experience in supplier’s audit.
