Role :
• Excellent knowledge of Quality assurance Function people planning, development, review & support. Competency development through skill gap actions planning & execution.
• Steering preparation of Business plan and plant level Q target.
• Knowledge of MR (management representative) function.
• Plant Quality Review for Quality Culture building for below areas.
• Customer Quality Complaints (Receipt, Line & Warranty) Analysis and actions for improvements
• Development Quality - Initial flow control, inspection & testing of parts and gauges, APQP & PPAP Approval preparation, Gap analysis and Action Plan.
• Product Quality - Revalidation of the running products & Gauge Calibration for 4M control & Gap analysis and actions for improvements
• Process Quality - DWM through adherence to process inspection plan, Control Plan Audit, SPC & 4M Change Management Gap analysis and Action Plan.
• Supplier Quality - DWM at vendor location in manufacturing through adherence to process inspection plan, System, Process, Worst Supplier Audit & SSIG
• Receipt Quality - IQC at plants which includes inspection and certification of incoming parts through sampling and gauging.
• Problem Solving Finding root cause scientifically & driving CAPA with in-depth understand.
Key skills Functional / Technical skills:
• IMS (IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
• SAP- QM module & basics
• Quality Core Tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, PPAP)
• Problem Solving Techniques (8D, CAPA, 6 Sigma, 7 QC tools, New 7 QC tools, QC circle, etc)
