Position Overview
  • Role: Quality & Compliance Analyst
  • Reports to: Director Quality & Compliance – South
Role Purpose

The Quality & Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing the Quality & Compliance program for our IFM Business in South India. This role ensures continual compliance with JLL policies & procedures, implements the Quality & Compliance Framework to improve IFM Operations, and minimizes risks. The position involves working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators for the program.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Quality & Compliance Framework for the assigned geography in IFM business.
  • Create and execute an annual review plan for various accounts in the geography.
  • Conduct on-site Quality & Compliance reviews in line with the framework and established policies & procedures.
  • Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and flag issues in contractual delivery.
  • Interact with site teams and cross-functional SMEs to discuss audit findings.
  • Create review reports and develop action plans with site teams.
  • Generate dashboards for leadership and discuss findings monthly.
  • Implement new risk control processes and systems as needed.
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business.
  • Ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues and delivery of corrective actions.
  • Liaise with account management enablement teams to track and resolve audit findings.
  • Monitor JLL policy changes and communicate revisions to existing operating processes.
  • Develop and execute training plans for employees at all levels.
  • Share lessons learned from audits and ethics investigations with account teams.
  • Collaborate with the transition leader to ensure Quality & Compliance framework standards are included in all transitions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Business Assurance framework or JCAP
  • Familiarity with QMS ISO 9001/ISO 140001/ISO45001 (advantage)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with executives and a broad range of stakeholders
  • Unwavering ethical standards and commitment to excellence
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Structured approach to problem-solving with systems thinking
  • Experience or qualification in Design Thinking (advantage)
  • High perseverance and resourcefulness
  • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
