Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality & Business Excellence Manager to lead and manage transformation, improvement programs, and change management initiatives. This role involves total responsibility and accountability for quality management and continuous improvement across the business line.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive strategic transformation programs in the Quality function.
•Align Quality & Business Excellence plans with the strategic business roadmap.
•Develop, implement, and assess Quality and Operational Continuous Improvement programs.
•Lead process management and harmonization of critical business processes.
•Steer Change Management for Quality & Business Excellence.
•Promote continuous improvement using LEAN approaches.
•Apply project management tools and Lean improvement techniques.
•Provide frameworks for capturing productivity improvements.
•Manage Quality for the business, ensuring all requirements are met.
•Establish Quality and Continuous Improvement as key business objectives.
•Comply with business policies and guidelines.
•Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
•Develop and report on an appropriate Quality Management System.
•Define and implement a project-specific QM system.
•Ensure effective and efficient QM audits.
•Communicate quality policy and goals within the organization.
•Initiate and implement process improvements and root cause analyses.
•Support project management in planning and securing milestone results.
•Plan and conduct internal audits and assessments.
•Establish and update quality plans according to standards.
•Ensuring Internal as well as Country level reporting viz, Product Safety reporting, TR&S reporting, NCC reporting, Customer satisfaction KPI reporting etc.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in quality management, audits/assessments, process management, and project management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, risk management, continuous improvement processes, and Q-related standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Expertise in QM methods and statistical methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 6-sigma black belt certification.
Additional Information:
This role is based in Gurugram, with opportunities to visit other locations in India and beyond. You will work with teams impacting entire cities and countries, shaping the future of energy systems.
