Job Description

How would you like to impact millions of customers around the world using Amazon Search? This is a rare opportunity to build a core part of Search Relevance Customer Operations team undergoing rapid investment and growth.
This team measures the spectrum of Search experiences on Amazon and helps root cause and deep dive escalations from customers and leadership point of view. From highlighting pain points to surfacing abuse across 21 locales, root causing problems in the complex Search stack layers and protecting the customer from compromised experience. We seek to improve customer perception of Search and trust through improved customer comprehension of our search results.
We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us enhance the customer journey by performing SearchTroubleshooting whenever an escalation is flighted either by leadership or by customers. You will help root cause and improve customer experiences viewed by millions of people per day. You will have the opportunity to learn and be a part of the Amazon retail website ecosystem globally.

As senior member of the team you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to other QAEs in the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.
- 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
