Your Impact:
We are OpenText-Fortify and we specialize in Enterprise Application Security.  Our product helps you manage, measure and integrate security for the entire software lifecycle.

What the role offers:

• Translate business requirements into use cases
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Test NG, Junit, etc.
• Review/test products artifacts and find defects earlier in the product development lifecycle
• Execute functional, regression, performance, security, and usability tests.
• Reproduce customer issues
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and testing requirements
• Providing input for product documentation and perform documentation testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

What you need to succeed:

• Good, detailed working experience on Linux and Windows
• Good understanding of Active Directory concepts
• Thorough understanding of HTTP, LDAP, TCP/IP and SSL protocols
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Experience in test automation using a Java programming or Python scripting language is mandatory
• Exposure to SOAP, REST services and API automation
• Very good troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge with one of the Application servers like Apache/Tomcat
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
