In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Being primarily responsible for providing technical packages in response to inquiries made by customers globally.
• Responding to customers involves reviewing documentation related to product, production process, regulatory compliance and certifications. 
• Responsible for ensuring KPI compliance and conducting data analysis.
• Contributing to team projects and be a team player.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree or B. Tech in Life/Food sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry.
• Have 5-10 years work experience in quality assurance in food, beverage/ biotechnology/nutraceutical industry.
• Exposure to certifications, regulations and GMP will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization and process automation (such as Power BI, Power Automate or similar) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills are essential.
