Job Description
- Supporting implementation of requirements for certification bodies including ISO 17065, GOTS, Textile Exchange, and related conformance.
- Developing, Updating and Implementing Quality Management System, related Policies and procedures for certification bodies.
- Develop standard operating procedures, work instructions according to GOTS & Textile Exchange schemes, and associated Quality Manuals.
- External Audits and Accreditation: Host accreditation assessments and coordinate to ensure their smooth conduct.
- Supporting the management for conducting meetings and related follow up for Impartiality Committee.
- Maintain documentation for qualified personnel, including qualifications, training, and conflicts.
- Handling complaints, appeals, and maintain their records.
- Supporting Management Review Meetings, and Company Risk Assessment.
- Internal Audits and Corrective Actions: Support the conduction of regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system; address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Provide internal trainings for new and existing procedures of the certification body.
- Identify gaps and provide inputs for continuous improvement activities in CB processes and procedures.
- Regularly communicate with Schemes owners and Accreditation body.
Qualifications
Requirement: Graduation, preferably in textiles.
Additional Information
Preference: Experience with a Certification Body in quality department
Experience- 4-6yrs.
