We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our support team located in Trivandrum, reporting to the senior manager of Quality Assurance. In this role, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with teams to ensure the highest standards of quality in our technical support center. You will provide valuable feedback, support best practices, and facilitate continuous improvement across various teams. This involves conducting a variety of checks, ranging from basic assessments to follow-ups on implemented changes, identifying training needs, and getting acquainted with AI tooling, which will enable new ways to coach on quality.
