Quality AssuranceFollow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials and/or in-process products and/or finished goods. Ensure the validated state of equipment and methods for testing raw materials, intermediate and finished products.
About the Role- Is a Role Model for Safety and Quality
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of the organization’s raw materials, in- process products, and finished products
- Advise in relation to quality checks, blocking and test methods
- Prepare and maintain SOPs for own area
- Observe and report deviation in product quality and perform out of specification investigations
- Should we aware of machine qualification(DQ, IQ, OQand PQ) and process validations for medical devices
- Report validation findings to relevant stakeholders
- Reports validation findings
- Ensures the validated state of equipment and methods
- Works according to safety, hygiene and GMP regulations
