Job Summary: 
As a Quality Analyst specializing in the sales process at the Executive level,
you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of sales operations within the organization. You will analyse sales interactions, processes, and systems to identify areas of improvement, implement quality standards, and drive performance excellence across the sales
team.

Responsibilities:


  • 1. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate sales interactions (calls, emails, meetings) to assess adherence to established sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
  • 2. Performance Analysis: Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales activities and outcomes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • 3. Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives and managers based on quality assessments and performance metrics.
  • 4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against goals, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize sales processes.
  • 6. Training and Development: Assist in developing training programs and materials focused on sales process improvement, quality standards, and best practices.
  • 7. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings, performance trends, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities and processes.
  • 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to align sales processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in quality management or sales process improvement are advantageous.
  • 2. Experience: Proven experience in a quality assurance or similar role within a sales environment, preferably at an executive level. Previous experience in sales operations or sales management is highly desirable.
  • 3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • 4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate quality standards, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • 5. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • 6. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence, coach, and motivate sales teams towards achieving quality and performance objectives.
  • 7. Problem-solving Ability: Proactive problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic sales environment.
  • 8. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales management tools to monitor and analyse sales activities and performance metrics.
