Joining MoEngage's Mobile SDK Engineering team offers the opportunity to fully own your projects without micromanagement, work with top talent, and advance your career quickly. You'll develop for a global audience of 1 Billion Monthly Active Users, learn from different teams about scaling up to millions of users and billions of messages, and collaborate with the customer success team to implement insights-led engagement across various sectors. You'll also stay updated with the latest in mobile development, exploring topics like SDK, iOS, Android, and various mobile hybrid frameworks, all while enjoying the process of scaling MoEngage.

Responsibilities:
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, mainly in Qt, QML, and C++
- Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Identify and fix technical issues and bugs
- Maintain high standards for code quality and integrity

Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Qt, QML, and C++
- Strong skills in object-oriented programming and design
- Knowledge of multithreading and concurrency
- Familiarity with data storage and persistence
- Experience with RESTful API integration
- Ability to benchmark and optimize
- Deep understanding of system internals
- Ability to identify and improve performance bottlenecks on your own
- Willingness to learn and work with cross-platform frameworks

Desirable Skills:
- Experience designing highly scalable applications using C++, QT & QML
- Proven experience developing and shipping SDKs/plugins
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
