QNX Software Download/Over the Air update Engineer

Your Role


As a QNX Platform Developer  on our team, you’ll work with software that rewrites the rules of what’s possible in the pursuit of making transportation safer, greener and more connected. In your daily job you will:


  • Analyzing customer requirements
  • Converting Customer Requirements into Design and Code
  • Analysis and resolution of customer and internal reported issues
  • Prepare test specifications and plans
  • Conduct Software testing
  • Software integration and qualification test

Your Background


Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:


  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics /Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Science
  • 5-10 years QNX Platform/Hepervisor experience (Platform, Middleware, BSP).  
  • Experience in Automotive projects
  • Experience working on Bootloader / Reflash / Software update / Software download / Over the Air update for Microprocessors on Linux / QNX / Hypervisor / Android
  • Experience working on Uboot, Kernel, Device tree, System calls (IPC, Process, Multithreading), File system  (ubifs, mtd, etc), Memory types and related concepts (Bad blocks, partitioning, etc)
  • Experience in C++ on Automotive ECU microprocessors domain
  • Experience on development and debugging of Qualcomm / TI / NXP microprocessors.
  • Experience in device driver debugging
  • Work experience on development tools for Linux/QNX
  • Good analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and energetic
