What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing
End to end test automations across the functions and landscapes.
Key responsibilities include keeping all Test Automation technologies & environments up to date.
Dedicated Test Automation Solution Architect to own the architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of our CoE systems.
Play a pivotal role in identifying customer requirements, analyzing alternatives, and recommending solutions related to software, platform, and network configurations.

You are a function expert -
This position is for an Individual contributor who would be responsible for the following.
Conduct comprehensive architectural evaluations, and collaborate with functional and business teams to drive the adoption of innovative working methods.
Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to ensure architectural solutions are optimally and robustly implemented. System Solutions: Guarantee the delivery of robust automations tailored to business processes.
Framework Development: Define and update frameworks with reusable code and checklists, ensuring high standards around the automation lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Review solution designs and code to ensure robust automation. Lead and maintain automation post-implementation,
and resolve potential issues for smooth business operations.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members on standard methodologies, regularly review developments, and produce process documentation to
refine ongoing practices.
Continuous Improvement: Investigate and detail better practices and alternative solutions to continually improve our processes.

Your proficiency in managing Test automations, coupled with your expertise in developing sophisticated testing scripts, which aling with business and funcitonal requirements

Your expertise and experience as a solution architect will be instrumental in driving the success of our Automation team with effective collaboration with stake holders
You will work closely with IT Functional and Business teams to implement robust testing scripts using the right framework and governance.
You are an innovator -
You will spearhead transformative initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible with Current testing tools and technologies.
Your innovative approach will drive the evolution of our Automation environment, from introducing innovative features to speed up of Automation developments and build robust automations.
