The Opportunity You will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing Display & Video advertising campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to build Quality assurance process to handle risks, improve processes which builds trust, reliability and successful relationships with internal team and leading brands and advertisers of the world.What you'll Do
  • Executes day to day production tasks efficiently (Campaign QA, error tracking & sensitization)
  • Completes QA and all production procedures accurately
  • Runs general & custom reports through backend DB systems for Campaign QA requirements
  • Analyzes performance metrics and provides optimization recommendations as needed
  • Identifies trends in QA results, maintains score card for campaign managers and traffickers optimally
  • Runs campaign QA calendar, trafficking assets and related pre/post-launch processes
  • Chip into company initiatives, business reporting, processes and rollouts
  • Work internally within a matrixed, CM & AM organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to execute and implement the campaign plan/build grid.
What you need to succeed
  • An eye for detail and a robust QA plan

Technical Skills


  • Understanding of database, SQL, Workbench, Sequel Pro etc. Ability to build custom SQL queries as per the requirements.
  • Troubleshoot Private deals using VAST/VPAID validator and knowledge of XML.
  • Have managed queue using JIRA/Zendesk Dashboards or any other QMS software.
  • Understanding of set up & QA process, pixel tracking via console or third-party software.
  • Experience with DSP, Ad Exchange, Analytics and DMP/CDP technologies.
  • Proven understanding of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, pivot charts, sumifs, vlookups, etc.) and PowerPoint.

Digital Marketing Skills


  • Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem; experience working on Ad networks & exchanges; familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus.
  • Experience driving QA processes and strategies
  • Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools
  • Interacts with AMs, CMs and ad traffickers on various set up and QA requests and work in partnership with internal and onshore teams to execute display, video and audio campaigns.
  • Resolves queue-based tasks with a primary emphasis on productivity and accuracy
  • Performs wiki management, document feedback on identified issues, records trends and excellent in dashboard developments.

Business Skills


  • Understanding of collaboration tools such as Jira and Zendesk ticketing systems.
  • Experience presenting in front of groups and good understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and advertisers simultaneously.
  • Shown ability to learn quickly, be a teammate, and lead change optimally.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and handling tough situations
  • Basic project management and excellent communication skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
