A QA Manager's role is to lead the day to day operations of our QA function in a timely and accurate manner. Their team is responsible to test and validate before each web publication, ensuring the experience meets users needs and preserves the first-rate content standards of the brand. They efficiently plan and then execute tests for all net-new features delivered to the platform, and validate new and ongoing marketing content pages. They ensure that testing plans are comprehensive and include functional, requirement, design, device/browser compatibility, smoke, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.

What you’ll do:


  • Oversee all QA processes and day-to-day functions of the QA team


  • Design and build scalable, maintainable and flexible automation test framework


  • Contribute in automated test cases to existing build and test infrastructures, following good engineering practices, and evaluating product quality for various external and/or internal products


  • Participate in design and implementation of test infrastructure to support building and moving services into a Continuous Deployment environment


  • Assist in building out our automated testing infrastructure to build reliable, scalable, high-quality products and services


  • Design test strategies by analyzing and dissecting complex heavily integrated software systems


Experience you’ll bring:


  • Good to have past experience in past in NodeJS & ReactJS


  • Experience in eCommerce platform


Requirements:


  • 9+years of total experience.


  • An engineering graduate with computer science or information technology background.


  • Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer


  • 4+ years of experience on Automation testing with 2-3 years on Selenium tool.


  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target)


  • Experience in website testing


  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes


  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans


  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process


Travel Requirements:


While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental requirements


Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
