Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document software requirements clearly.
• Take an active role in test script reviews, providing guidance and support to the entire QA team on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with Staff Developers and Project Managers to assess the size and scale of build efforts from a testing perspective.
• Work closely with Staff Developers, Product Management, and stakeholders to define new desired behaviors in the product and reaffirm existing functionalities.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and dry runs for major events, ensuring thorough coverage and quality assurance.
• Support successful handoff and delivery of products to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Proactively assist teams with resolving issues in the QA space, including test site issues and test automation challenges.
• Jump in tactically to support teams when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
• Advocate for and help teams apply best practices in software quality assurance.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with development teams, product management, and stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating and executing end-to-end testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
