QA Engineer (Junior)

Overall summary:

Seeking a Junior level Calypso QA engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct automated integration and API testing, along with UI/web test automation.
• Utilize test automation frameworks and concepts, including Selenium.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes effectively.
• Automate web service testing using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or Soap UI.

Skills:

• Experience with automated integration testing, API testing, and API best practices as well as user Interface/Web test automation
• Experience with Calypso proprietary test framework CATT
• Exposure to test Automation frameworks and Test automation concepts and experience with testing frameworks like Selenium
• Ability to incorporate test automation into CI/CD processes through exposure to CI/CD pipeline process with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo or Bitbucket
• Experience in automation of Web services using tools like Rest assured, Postman or Soap UI
• Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Worked in the financial services industry, preferably investment banks with exposure to front or back office

Good to have:

• Product knowledge of FX
• Experience with Calypso proprietary test framework CATT
• Performance testing
