Job Description
Software Requirements:- Proficient in testing frameworks and tools: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience with API testing and database testing.
Overall Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, report, and track software defects through proper defect management processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Category-wise Technical Skills:Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and frameworks like TestNG.
- Proficiency in build tools like Maven and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and database testing (e.g., SQL).
Experience:- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong background in Salesforce applications and testing methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Write, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure efficiency.
- Review and provide feedback on test cases and documentation.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Salesforce or QA methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
