Job Description

Software Requirements:
  • Proficient in testing frameworks and tools: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with API testing and database testing.
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects through proper defect management processes.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Category-wise Technical Skills:

Mandatory Skills:


  • Proven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Technical Requirements:


  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and frameworks like TestNG.
  • Proficiency in build tools like Maven and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and database testing (e.g., SQL).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong background in Salesforce applications and testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Write, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure efficiency.
  • Review and provide feedback on test cases and documentation.
  • Participate in agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce or QA methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
