Job Description

• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel would be beneficial.


• Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Complete required trainings according to required timelines
• Administer and process all quality records according to requirements
• Verify that quality records are consistent with source documents from multiple sources, before processing them
• Appropriate use of tools to support the end-to-end quality records process
• Report to internal stakeholders any discrepancies to ensure they are resolved before continuation of the quality records process
• Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed
• Other duties as assigned by management


Education & skills


Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience


Advanced knowledge of computer programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).


Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
