As a Data Domain Architect & Delivery Management Associate in our STO team, you will be mining, interpreting, and cleaning our data. We rely on you to ask questions, connect the dots, and uncover hidden opportunities for realizing the data’s full potential. As part of our team of specialists, you will “slice and dice” data using various methods and create new visions for the future. Your focus will be managing multiple project deliveries. We are focused on collaborating and partnering with businesses to deliver efficiency and enhance controls via technology adoption and infrastructure support for Global Finance & Business Management India.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering data science solutions to empower businesses to utilize data insights for building future strategies.
• Collaborating with peers and stakeholders to identify use cases and opportunities for data science to create value.
• Designing and delivering solutions that are flexible and scalable using the firm’s approved tools.
• Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, taking initiative to resolve ambiguity and occasionally extending into adjacent roles.
• Overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Spearheading project assessment calls.
• Being accountable for Jira updates and providing weekly updates to client engagement leads.
• Ensuring the Business Requirements Document (BRD) is received and tracking any changes, ensuring Statement of Work (SoW) signoff, tracking delays, and performing root cause analysis (RCA).
• Meeting with the project team (Ground Staff).
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the delivery of STO.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 6years of experience in the Solution development & delivery management profile with proven experience leading projects from definition to execution: defining metrics, experiment design, communicating actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Selenium, etc.)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
