We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying LLM-based systems using various technologies like Azure OpenAI, Python, vector databases, and embedding techniques. You will work with the UI/UX team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides to develop working and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Python, and proven experience using popular ML packages (sklearn, PyTorch, word2vec, etc), and previous experience efficiently conducting research and creating ad hoc reports.
- Work with vector databases and embedding techniques for efficient data representation and retrieval.
- Implement various embedding creation and manipulation techniques.
- Strong experience in writing code and building functionality using Python.
- Good knowledge of machine learning methods like k-Nearest Neighbours, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Ada Boost.
- Advanced SQL and experience with ETL on OLTP and OLAP databases for creating bounded and unbounded data pipelines, data mart is a must.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Utilize Azure OpenAI API and other cloud platforms (GCP, Rag) for LLM access and integration.
- Good to have- Contribute to the development of LangChain and LammaIndex for LLM interpretability and control.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in Python programming and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and embedding techniques (e.g., Word2Vec, GloVe).
- Experience with implementing guardrails and safety measures for AI systems.
- Familiarity with LangChain and LammaIndex concepts is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI, GCP, or Rag is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for innovation and a strong desire to push the boundaries of AI technology.
- 2+ years of experience in Python and Text Analytics.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices.
- Experience with building and deploying web applications.
