About the team:
CAPERAS team is CAPE – Common Arrangment Processing Engine ,CAPERAS is the Reporting & Analysis Solution for CAPE where it can consume data from NextGen components - CAPE Retail Deposits, CAPE Commercial Deposits, CAPE Lending, Enterprise Customer and Enterprise Org. It is built on Hadoop (Big Data) stack where it has capability to consume Real Time Data, Batch & Intraday feeds and provides Reporting Framework for Operational, MIS and Reconciliation reports with options to run in a batch and also view the reports through a User Interface.
What you will be doing:
· Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
· Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
· Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
· Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
What you bring:
· Should have experience in 7-12 years in experience in Python Application Support and Production support
· Hands on experience in Python Unix,SQL Hadoop, Java development knowledge is added,
· Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability
