Job Profile
The PWS Sales Support role is responsible for providing direct support to Sales Managers and Sales Support teams, ensuring the delivery of a high quality sales service to the customer base. The principal responsibility of the role is to support sales teams to deliver
against HSBC Group targets and strategy.
The remit may range from a small geographic area to global area and may be located in a retail branch, contact centre or a central office location.
The tasks for this role may include some or all of the following:
- Leading, managing and supporting sales support colleagues in the delivery of high quality and robust customer services, products, processes and procedures
- Managing Sales Teams, and where necessary, providing direct support and assistance in the deployment of necessary infrastructure, tools and resources
- Supporting the bank's alignment to client's needs
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategy and key initiatives
- Assisting with delivery of revenue growth from new business, incremental business and cross-selling HSBC products
- Supporting branch network, aspects of Sales and distribution
- Driving behaviour conductive to long term Relationship Management, customer engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting the roll out of new products/services to ensure smooth and efficient operations of business processes
- Contributing to continued servicing of client needs and deepening the existing relationship
