Seize global opportunities


Supports local purchasing activities and guides relevant internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing strategies and contracts are implemented locally
• Manages specific agreements to secure that deliverables are met
• Purchases standard products and items
• Analyses and evaluates different suppliers on the basis of overall set strategies to ensure that the chosen suppliers are appropriate according to strategy
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities


Your responsibilities


  • Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.


  • Effective planning and execution of the sales order within budget cost provided by sales and within Customer P.O. delivery date. 


  • Meet team and individual KPI.  


  • Issue enquires and ensures timely receipt of offers.


  • Vendor selection and order placement.


  • Expedite and get order acknowledgement from suppliers.


  • Validating vendor offer in line with customer requirement.


  • Ensure the right part delivery from supplier within promised date.


  • Ensure delivery from supplier includes all documents as per PO.


What you bring


  • Any Degree with 2-5 years similar experience. Mechanical/Production will be an added advantage.


  • Oracle ERP system experience in Sales or Purchase module is required. Global experience is preferred.


  • Good communication skills that adapt to the situation, and fluent in English


  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.


  • Good planning, organizing skills, Conceptual thinking and problem solving.                                                                                                


  • Structured approach to put order in a development and creative environment, so we can reproduce and become more effective.


  • Ability to establish good connections with a broad range of people and a team player.


  • Knowledge in MS-Excel/ Word/ Power Point proficiency is essential.


  • Working experience in ERP system, sales/ purchase module.


  • Should be willing to work in shift (11.30 am to 9.00pm).
