Purchase Executive (F/M/D)

• Exposure to Compliance to International Laws on Imports and Exports.
• Compliant Management
• Vendor management of existing and new suppliers experience
• Verification of Order files from Planning, PO Release and Order Confirmation tracking till Invoice and Material hand over.
• Coordinate with Planning and Logistics team on a regular basis. Cost Savings in the Supply Chain function.
• Automation and Innovation Projects Experience. Logistics Inbound and Out bound Experience. SAP Experience in Purchase, WH, Finance Modules.
• Ensure On Time in Full Delivery and meet Quality requirements for all the Goods received.
• Compare prices within the group companies to get the best price and special price.
• Coordinate with Customer service/Order Management Team of Kluber and ChemTrend Units.
• Daily updating of open order file and update in public folder (after removing the price details).
• Accurate updating of import cost in PO for Invoice Verification. Inventory control and MIS Reports on Stock Inventory including GIT Inventory (daily report) Capacity planning of the container. Register customer compliant in SAP.
• Update the product price changes in SAP and analysis. Service class analysis and follow up on Orders pending and escalate as required.
• Analyze freight and logistics cost for better freight optimization and consolidation.
• Participate and Contribute in SCM meetings and Daily review meetings. Take up Projects on Continuous Improvements and Process efficiency Expedite/ de-expedite products based on inventory levels and production schedules
• Interface with Warehouse, and Accounts for payment and to resolve invoice discrepancies or any other issues.
• Classification of materials, Hazardous, Freeze Protect, Non-Hazardous Goods and Documentation.
• Taxation and Customs Duty and Tariffs knowledge Documentation and Audits of Records and Processes.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce with 2-3 years of experience . Financial Management Courses would be added Advantage.
