We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager and Government Relations Specialist to oversee project management and establish strong relationships with key government officials. This role is critical to ensuring the successful progress of our projects and navigating through governmental procedures and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively address issues.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Government Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and agencies.
Act as a liaison between the organization and government entities.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies that impact project implementation.
Advocate for the organization’s interests in governmental forums and negotiations.
Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization.
Prepare and submit required governmental reports and documentation.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
Strong understanding of government structures, processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience :
