Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT Social Science Teacher to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Social Science concepts and a passion for teaching young learners to help them understand the world around them.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the primary school curriculum.
  • Teach topics such as history, geography, civics, and cultural studies in an age-appropriate manner.
  • Encourage critical thinking and curiosity about society, history, and the environment.
  • Develop creative teaching strategies to make Social Science lessons interactive and meaningful.
  • Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians about students’ progress and address any concerns.
  • Participate in school activities, workshops, and training sessions as required.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
2-5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
