Provide constructive feedback and support for students’ academic growth.
Use of Technology & Resources:

Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Communicate with parents about students' progress and any concerns.
Co-curricular Activities:

Encourage participation in science competitions and projects.
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
Preferred: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant subject with B.Ed.
Freshers with B.Ed. and relevant internship experience can apply.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in teaching Science at the primary level.
Strong knowledge of basic science concepts and primary education pedagogy.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for young learners.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
Passion for teaching and a student-centric approach.
Fluency in English (preferred in CBSE/ICSE schools).
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a team.
