Job Description
We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our institution immediately. As a Mother Teacher, you will be the primary educator and caregiver for young learners, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for all academic and personal development needs of the assigned class.
- Plan and conduct interactive lessons across multiple subjects such as English, Math, EVS, and foundational topics.
- Provide individual attention and support to students to foster their confidence and overall growth.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and participation through engaging teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess students' academic and behavioral progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents/guardians and keep them updated on students' progress.
- Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and training programs as needed.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
2-5 years of teaching experience, preferably with young learners.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Warm, patient, and caring attitude towards children.
