Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT English Teacher to join our team at the earliest. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching young learners, excellent command of the English language, and the ability to create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to the primary school curriculum.
- Focus on developing students' foundational language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Use creative and innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and impactful.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' performance and development.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
2-5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt to the learning needs of young children.
