Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with key content providers to identify cause of issues, engage internal stakeholders and external providers in solutions as necessary and in a timely manner.
Regularly monitor provider submissions to ensure accuracy, correct issues, and identify gaps.
Analyze system data to identify areas where providers can improve data quality and format.
Compare data between internal systems to provide instructions on how to resolve issues.
Identify outreach projects needed based on analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2 Years of Relevant Experience
MS Office suite, JIRA, and Salesforce experience
