Job Description

Everbridge’s Proposal Management team, an integral part of our Sales Engineering team, is a high performing team responsible for managing and delivering all proposals crafted by Everbridge.  This team is directly involved in many revenue generating activities for Everbridge which encompasses both new and existing clients. 
About the position
Everbridge is seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, and creative Proposal Manager to assist our sales team by providing a wide range of support to meet Everbridge’s internal initiatives and sales targets. The person filling this role will be a key member supporting a rapidly growing global sales team.  
The Proposal Manager will be primarily responsible for building sales proposals, project managing RFI/RFP responses, answering technical questions, and maintaining the RFP database. The Proposal Manager should be a strong user of Salesforce.com and provides administrative support using this system.  

What you'll do


  • Respond to RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process 
  • Maintain RFP response database and ensure it is populated with latest high-quality responses
  • Liaise with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams
  • Provide administrative support to sales team leveraging primarily the Salesforce.com platform

What you'll bring:


  • 5-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or field operations a plus
  • Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company preferred
  • High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
  • Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs 
  • Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/Responsive .
