Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and diligent candidate to expand our Business Development Team. The primary role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Proposal Management including documentation, bid preparation (non-technical parts), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline) and tracking.
2. Coordination & communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
3. Maintaining database for internal ERP systems relevant to BD/ Marketing.
4. BD Analysis & Market Research - Preparation of BD update reports & presentations.
5. Support in Marketing (Events & Conferences) activities and coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Tender preparation and submission
Skills Required:
1. Good written and verbal communication in English
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit is must, Adobe Suite is a plus
3. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
4. Strong ability to multi-task prioritizes and adapt to shifting priorities.
