Job Responsibilities

• This role will primarily involve managing and coordinating AI projects, including capturing and prioritizing AI use cases across marketing functions
• Be at the forefront of initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and implementation, while inspiring colleagues to embrace innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, creativity, and data-driven decision-making across all marketing functions
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budget oversight, and milestones for AI initiatives
• Employ strong analytical skills, including data analysis, comprehensive market research, and pattern recognition, to effectively manage project demands and make well-informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of AI projects
• Monitor and report progress against objectives to senior management, compiling and synthesizing key information for executive briefings
• Support the setup, implementation, and monitoring of AI pilot programs in marketing
• Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate and marketing industries, providing insights and recommendations
• Engage stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities and assist in scoping projects
• Develop and maintain a repository of AI-related marketing assets and ensuring easy access
• Adept at identifying potential challenges - analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and proactively address issues
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and setting realistic deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for professional and collaborative interactions with stakeholders, colleagues, and management at all levels.

Key skills and experience

• Education/Training: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s. Preferred degrees – business administration, or related fields like computer science, data science, AI, CAPM/PMP certified
• Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience of project management or similar roles, with a focus on technology or AI
• AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI trends, developments, concepts, and models relevant to the business world
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering & profiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and Project Management tools (Eg. Trello, Asana)
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in effective stakeholder management across diverse organizational levels, coupled with exceptional skills in executive reporting, including the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. G
• Analytical thinking: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
• Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of AI and marketing
• Communication: Responsive and adept at applying best practices in all forms of communication.
